NOTE: The email and the call option are benevolent contributions. There is no specific time when you can call and when you are going to receive an answer on your letter. Usually, the best way is to ask your question on the forum, as this contributes to the project as well! When calling, you can usually get a response after 4 pm. Stockholm time, however, it depends on the question. Sometimes, it works to call earlier too.
